Data & Privacy
Your privacy is a foundational commitment at ttm4d, not an afterthought. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over your information as a ttm4d member.
Our Commitments
These six principles summarise ttm4d's approach to data protection. They are operational standards, not marketing statements — each one is backed by the detailed provisions in the clauses below.
All data transmitted between your device and ttm4d's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Indonesia's major banks. No personal or financial data is sent in plain text.
We collect only the personal data that is genuinely necessary to operate your Account, process payments, comply with KYC obligations, and improve the platform experience. We do not harvest data speculatively.
ttm4d does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes — ever. Your data belongs to you.
Every category of personal data we collect is listed in this policy, along with its specific processing purpose and legal basis. There are no hidden data flows or undisclosed uses of your information.
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. ttm4d has dedicated processes to respond to all data rights requests within the timeframes set out in this policy.
Personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary for the stated purpose or required by applicable law. Once retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

6.1 ttm4d does not sell or rent your Personal Data to any third party. We share data only in the following limited circumstances and only to the extent necessary:
ttm4d does not share your contact details or behavioural data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or affiliate marketing networks for their independent use. Any promotional communications you receive will come directly from ttm4d and only if you have opted in.
7.1 ttm4d's primary data infrastructure is located in data centres serving the Southeast Asian region. However, some of our third-party service providers — including certain game content studios and cloud infrastructure partners — may process or store data in jurisdictions outside Indonesia.
7.2 Wherever Personal Data is transferred internationally, ttm4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect that data to a standard equivalent to or higher than that applied within Indonesia. 7.3 You may request further information about the international transfer safeguards applicable to your data by contacting us at [email protected].

12.1 The ttm4d platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and over. ttm4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of 21. Age verification is required during registration, and mandatory KYC is enforced prior to the first withdrawal to confirm that all Members meet the minimum age requirement.
12.2 If ttm4d becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, the relevant Account will be suspended immediately, the data will be deleted as soon as practicable, and any associated transactions will be reviewed and reversed where technically feasible.
